                   AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 6958, AS
                   AMENDED, KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE, SO AS
                   TO LIFT A CONDITION ON A TRACT OF LAND LOCATED
                   IN THE 6500 BLOCK OF LEE HIGHWAY, BEING ON THE
                   SOUTHEAST LINE OF LEE HIGHWAY AT DUPRE ROAD,
                   SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS.

              	   SECTION 1.  BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
         CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as
         amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is 
hereby
         amended so as to lift Condition No. 6 which is "Subject to east 

         bound exit only from site into Lee Highway and one entrance 
from
         Dupre Road" on the following:
               
                A tract of land located in the 6500 block of Lee
                Highway, being on the southeast line of Lee Highway
                at Dupre Road.  Lots 21 and 22, DuPre Estates,
                Fourth Unit, as shown by plat of record in plat
                book 29, page 66, R.O.H.C., being the properties
                described in deed book 2176, page 688, R.O.H.C.,
                and deed book 2176, page 683, R.O.H.C.  Tax Map No.
                148K-B-32.2 and 32.3.
               
               
              	   SECTION 2.  BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this rezoning 

         shall be subject to the following conditions:
        
              1.   Approval of access and revised site plat by City
                   Traffic Engineer.
        
              2.   Dedication and acceptance of additional
                   right-of-way as required by the City Traffic
                   Engineer.
        
              3.   All existing easements are retained.
        
        
              	   SECTION 3.  BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this 
Ordinance
         shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, the 
public
         welfare requiring it, provided that this ordinance shall not be 

         oeprative until completion of Condition No. 2 in Section 2 
above.
